felicity went above and beyond
felicity managed to interpret my ideas and colours from very little information - which was quite a feat. we were concerned that the name plates had to be transported via car/container/ship/truck with multiple handlings, felicity wasnt phased and guided us to use the thickest board - extra thick and special packaging - and they arrived much to our relief without a breakage and not one tile loose - we are thrilled with them - stunning design and exceeded expectations

Felicity was wonderful in designing our Fish Mosaics for outside our house in Gozo, Malta.
They were well packed for their trip and easy to install. They look fabulous and everyone is commenting on them as they can be seen from the road and are an eye catching feature.

mosaic photo frame
I am very pleased with the quality of the photo frame that Felicity designed for me. It was to match a previous mosaic she had made so that the two pieces can go side by side. The frame arrived safely and on time. Felicity kept me updated on the progress of the commission by email and was very friendly.

That all Felicity's clients have awarded her 5 stars says it all really. My wife and I go to Fishers restaurant in Clifton and have long admired the mosaics there. The last time I asked on the off chance if they knew who made them and they were able to give me Felicity's card. Three months later we are the proud and very happy owners of our very own lobster. It's brilliant piece of artwork - better than any picture in my opinion. Felicity's communication was always timely, clear and helpful when i has some queries about size. Thank you very much again.

A Mosaic Memento to Treasure
Having foraged bits of broken pottery thrown up by the digging of a lake on our property, I was keen to have these made into a mosaic memento. I gave Felicity an extremely loose brief, and she worked magic - creating a charming lake/boat inspired design; a piece of mosaic art that I will cherish forever. Felicity is an excellent communicator as well as a gifted mosaic artist. The project was completed well within the expected schedule and delivered promptly. I recommend Felicity highly without hesitation!

Beautiful Mosaics
The mosaic piece of colored tulips that I purchased from Felicity is even more beautiful in person. Her artistry is unbelievable. I am so very happy. I just ordered another piece which Felicity is currently designing. I was also pleasantly surprised with the ease and reliability of the mail service in shipping from the UK to my home in Illinois, USA. A beautiful door number plaque
I ordered an individually designed house number from Felicity. It was easy to communicate with her about my design and although there was a waiting list, Felicity kept me updated at all times. She took into account the colours I wanted to match the stained glass on my front door. I've just received such a beautiful door number plaque and now I'm just waiting for hubby to put it on the outside wall next to the door!

A little while ago I had been looking for something special in memory of my late husband and had seen Felicity's work on Facebook. I sent her a picture of irises for her to replicate for me and what I received back was beautiful. I have since sent a picture of Valais Black Nose sheep which is so lifelike and my son was delighted. I can't be more pleased. Thank you Felicity.

Initially I came across Felicity's work when I was given the most beautiful mosaic for my birthday. Subsequently Felicity made a mosaic for my Granddaughters 21st birthday. I met with Felicity and together we came up with a design depicting my granddaughter's interest in Dragons! Mainly because Georgie was born in the year of the Dragon. The result was AMAZING. Beautiful Dragon with Georgie's name and date of birth. Georgie loves it!!

I was absolutely delighted with the quality and creativity of the mosaics Felicity made for me. One was her “Sheep in Winter” piece and the other was commissioned by me as a copy of a painting. I now have a beautiful house name above my front door, made by Felicity Ball. I saw her work on her Instagram and approached her about making my house name plate. I found her to be friendly and professional and very helpful when we were designing our name plate, offering colour, sizing and design suggestions. She made sure we kept in touch via email during the design and making of our house name. Once it was completed, it was very comprehensively wrapped for safe delivery.
