One of the things I love most about being a mosaic artist is the sheer variety of commissions that come through my studio.
Recently I've been working on two very different pieces. The first is a personalised house number mosaic for a place shared by two football fans – one a Rangers supporter and the other an Arsenal fan. Bringing both teams together in a design that reflects their teams has been fun!The second commission is a special 60th birthday gift, created to celebrate a friend's brand-new camper van and the adventures that lie ahead. It's always a privilege to make a piece that marks an important milestone and will be treasured for years to come.
From house numbers and garden mosaics to commemorative gifts and bespoke artwork, no two commissions are ever the same – and that's exactly how I like it.
