Delighted to say my fish mosaics have landed safely at their new home in Malta – I’m really pleased with how they look!

This is my latest commission – over 1500 handcut 2cm black and white tiles to create a practical work of art.
These large fish mosaics are now ready to ship to a house in Malta. They are in two pieces each and will be screwed in alcoves on the exterior of the house. Its been a brilliant commission and I have really enjoyed making them!
I have been working hard to get my original mosaic out into the world!
Part of my work is to use the internet to spread the word about my mosaic art. Over the past few months I have optimised my Google Adwords campaign, updated my website and written in my blog. Do take a look around!
I have two large exterior mosaic fish commissions on the go at the moment – a red snapper and a John Dory. These are for alcoves on the outside of a house in Malta. The image shows the red snapper finished but before grouting and sealing. Here is a John Dory I made earlier!
Check out my new shop for original mosaic art!
As I take a summer break (excuse the pun!) from the studio, one last mosaic house number sent off to its new home, and two large mosaic commissions to look forward to in September. The commissions include a large patio mosaic of a compass and two external fish mosaics for a house in Malta – watch this space!
